Oasis Live ’25 – digital fan retail
Scion supported our partner Teliporter and Warner Music in creating digital fan merchandise spaces for the Oasis live’25 global tour. In terms of cultural impact, fan demand and economic spending, this tour was one of the largest in recent years, therefore the retail experience needed to be the very best. With our incredible supply partners at Samsung and Harman, we created highly digitised retail stores at the heart of each touring location. The Spinningfields Manchester store opening, was the official global launch of tour activities, and was broadcast live on BBC TV and across streaming platforms. Subsequent UK spaces were created in Cardiff, Birmingham, Dublin, Edinburgh and London’s Carnaby Street, before we moved onto a complete store transformation on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.
Scion solutions
Multiple technologies were deployed to create a dynamic and engaging retail environment. The Manchester store featured in window high brightness displays, a 7m wide LCD display was utilised in the dwell time area around the till queuing area. At the heart of the space, we installed a 6m high Samsung LED video wall, with a unique and engaging playlist created and managed by Scion with assets from Warner Music. Upstairs we utilised portrait 98” Samsung QH series to promote various elements of merchandise, and a further 130” Samsung LED within the queuing area for the Samsung Mobile Photobooth experience.
Audio was always going to be incredibly important, therefore Scion were kindly supported with equipment from Harman Professional. The entire music playlist was curated and managed utilising Scion’s inshore retail music solution.
Scion installed and managed every element of sound, visual and audio creating a space that was both engaging and constantly evolving.
